Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
Accessories (Leashes, Collars & Non-Perishable Items) Accessories are eligible for return if they are in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Treats & Grooming Products (Perishable & Consumable Items) Due to the nature of perishable and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on treats, shampoos, conditioners, sprays, creams, or any other consumable items unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
To start a return, contact us at hello@talesoffur.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — regardless of product type. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you'd like.
Please note that treats and consumable products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process and post the refund.
